KICKBOXING
Led by our world class coaches with a proven track record of success, each session blends the best of Boxing, Dutch Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, Savate, Sanda etc and delivers them with cutting edge training methodologies for mastering the fundamentals of stand up striking.
You don’t have to be a world champion in order to train like one. Whether you’re optimising your fitness, honing your craft or training for competition; whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned martial artist, our kickboxing classes are designed to not only be an excellent workout, but a fun and effective way to learn applicable skill and self knowledge.
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU (BJJ)
Learn the grappling based martial art that develops an individuals ability to restrain, control, defend and submit. We offer BJJ classes both in a uniform (Gi) and without uniform (NoGi). Our BJJ classes emphasise fundamental concepts and techniques that work equally well in a Gi or without a Gi, in an MMA bout or in a self defense encounter on the street.
Our BJJ classes are open to all levels, from novice to advanced. We make it a priority to offer BJJ training for men and women of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re here to improve your fitness or try your hand at competition, we are committed to help you get there.
WRESTLING
Wrestling is one of the oldest martial arts in history, dating back to the very first Olympic Games. Wrestling is a grappling art based on leverage, balance, explosive power, and intricate finesse with the intention of taking down and controlling an opponent on the ground.
Suitable for all ages, skill levels and fitness levels, our wrestling classes incorporates elements of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission Grappling and MMA to create a versatile and innovative curriculum that not only develops physical skill, but confidence, resilience and a workout like no other!
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA)
Learn and experience the dynamic combat sport of the century that combines striking, wrestling and ground control into its own complete and effective martial art.
Our MMA classes outlines and emphasises the fundamentals that apply universally across multiple disciplines. From teaching you how to transition between striking and grappling to the winning strategies employed inside the cage at the highest level. We welcome the beginner looking to explore MMA for the first time, the seasoned competitor looking to sharpen their skills or anyone looking for a high energy, full body workout.
ACCELERATED TRAINING PROGRAM (ATP)
The Accelerated Training Program draws from proven methodologies from the most effective martial arts systems worldwide. Delivered through personalised 1-to-1 sessions, ATP has been designed to significantly accelerate the rate of progress as compared to traditional group settings.

The philosophy of our kids and teens program is to help build life skills for your child through the power of martial arts. Kids and Teens Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is often called “physical chess,” a highly technical martial art built on timing, leverage and control. In our kids/teens BJJ class, we teach practical skills that allow your child to stay safe, stay calm and stay in control, without having to rely on size or strength.
But more than that, we help kids build real, lasting confidence. They’ll develop the mental resilience to handle challenges, the physical coordination to move with control and the mindset to stand tall both on the mats and in life.

This class introduces kids to the foundations of striking through techniques drawn from boxing, Muay Thai, Karate, Savate and Dutch Kickboxing. It’s an active, engaging class where they’ll learn the basics of footwork, defence and how to throw punches, kicks, knees and elbows safely.
We focus on developing athleticism, coordination, and discipline in a fun and structured environment. It’s a great way for kids to build body awareness and confidence, while learning how to navigate physical challenges with focus.
